In fact, the missing images need to be uploaded by Ubisoft in Steamworks control panel. This applies to Far Cry 1, Far Cry Blood Dragon, Assassin Creed 1 and Steep Open beta (these are the ones I could find missing images on my library). You might find inspiration here:
