I took the Mensa Sweden test today, I scored 116 at my first try, but couldn't complete all the questions in time, took it again and I scored 126. I'm curious on whether the test is accurate enough to me give me a ball park estimate of my IQ?

If you want to join mensa you have to go to one of their facilities and take a scheduled test on paper there, there are also demo-tests online like mensa.no or mensa.dk, but it can't be used to join Mesa as it can be easily faked and like any other online IQ test it's not 100% accurate. Based on my personal experience Mensa Norway test did actually give me the result that corroborates with my previous, more official tests, and the actual Mensa test. I'd say it's pretty accurate in terms of predicting your actual Mensa test results, though you shouldn't take the result as definitive representation of someone's IQ.
